Using ternary materials (composite oxides of nickel, cobalt and manganese) as active materials, positive electrode plates are made through stirring, coating and other processes. ‌

‌Negative electrode materials‌: Carbon materials such as graphite are usually used, and negative electrode plates are made through coating and rolling. ‌

‌Electrolyte‌: It is a mixture of lithium salt (such as lithium hexafluorophosphate) and organic solvent, which directly affects the performance of the battery. ‌

Key production steps:


‌Slurry preparation‌: The positive and negative active materials are mixed with the binder to form a uniform slurry, which is then coated on metal foil (such as copper foil or aluminum foil) after being stirred by a vacuum mixer without bubbles. ‌

‌Pole plate processing‌: The coated pole plates are dried, rolled (densified) and cut to form pole plates of specific sizes. ‌
